  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept Discover, Master Card, Visa or cash as payment. We do not accept checks.
  • Is financing available?
    We offer financing through American General Financial Services. Please consult our Policies page for more information.
  • Can I make purchases online?
    At this time we do not offer on-line purchasing. However, you may call our sales staff at (276) 956-2699 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (EST) Monday - Saturday, or 1:00 p.m. - 5 p.m. (EST) Sunday.
  • Do you deliver?
    If you need the item to be shipped, we can offer contact information for delivery services. We do not have our own delivery truck, which is one way we keep our prices so low!
  • How are you able to offer such low prices?
    We buy direct from manufactures at great prices, and we pass these savings on to you.
  • How low are these prices?
    Prices vary dependent on furniture manufacturers, but most items are below wholesale. This means that the price of the items could be as much as 50% to 75% lower than its retail price.
  • Where is your store located?

  • What are your store hours?
    We are open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. On Sunday, we are open 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
  • What is the difference between King Size and California King Size beds?
    A California King Size bed is 4" longer and 4" narrower than King Size.

  • What does "scratch and dent" mean?
    "Scratch and dent" means that the item is "unboxed" (not in its original packaging). Pieces may have minor defects that prevent their sale as first quality. These imperfections are generally very minor and no more than you would see from general wear and tear of furniture. If a piece has any defect greater than this, we may repair it before sale.
